Started thinkin about the sheds myself. Since the winter has been so mild, I'm wondering if they might not start falling until a little later. Looks like that yote might have squated down there, felt that tine in his fanny and panicked

Took the boys by my moms for a visit today after work. Decided to go out to the pond and cast a few. All I had there was an old ultralite with a little lead head jig and a 2" white curly tail grub. Will caught this crappie and one more about this size. Leo caught this "boo geeeellll" with a little help from me. His first fish. I think if I had my gear and more time we could of had a mess.

Oh, and I thought it was a very good point you made. Yep, and our Pacers just gave up 62 to the Heat. In the first half . Shows what I know .

I grilled up some quail this evening. I coat with Weber's Kick'n Chicken seasoning and then wrap each breast with turkey bacon and secure with tooth picks. Turn on the grill to medium heat and place the quail on the opposite side of the active burner, close the grill and wait. It's excellent if you like spicey food.

I have a 24 gun safe made by Winchester. I think that's the same one Dad recently got from Tractor Supply Co. www.tractorsupply.com/winchester-reg-gun-safe-24-gun-capacity-1043297Not exactly. Mine is green with the word Western on the front and does not have that caddy on the inside of the door, though I wish it did. Mine came from Sams Club, I found out.

Nice shoot! We haven't had many ducks down here this season, they are all held up in your area because it won't get cold!! Yeah, all I've been seeing are locals. Doesn't look like we are going to get a northern push until after season goes out.

I have a 24 gun safe made by Winchester. It has spaces for 24 long guns as well as two shelves that I use for handguns. It has a push button combination lock and is good and dry. I've had it for a couple of years and have had no moisture problems. I like it not only for fire and theft protection but also because I have two young boys and having guns in the house makes me and my wife a little nervous. Not sure on the cost, it was a Christmas gift from my wife, in-laws and my mother. It's a heavy sun-of-gun when I brought it into the house I have a buddy with and engineering degree and it took his smarts to figure out how to move it . (we set it on a piece of 3/4 inch plywood and rolled it on golf balls across the basement floor. )

A friend and me went out for a hunt in the snow. We couldn't see the birds until they were right on us at times, but as you can see they sure came in good today.

Was taking my son to a birthday party this afternoon, and while driving out my driveway I noticed something crossing my driveway . As I got closer it ran back down into a deep ditch. I got out to make sure I saw what I thought I saw and a beautiful cock pheasant flushed and flew out into my pasture . I presume that someone had released some or one had gotten loose, beause we don't have any around here. Got a pic on my phone but very hard to see.
