Waddell is really good, Tiff gets my attention, I like Shockey with his smoke pole and I placed a write in vote for Uncle Ted for President. But I really enjoy watching Dan and Guy Fitzgerald. Those guys are authentic.

Great Stories!! I have two memorable turkey hunts and one bow hunt for deer that would have to be my favorite. I was turkey hunting in Kansas(two bird limit). My buddy and I killed one each the first afternoon and my buddy had just killed his second the next morning. We just got back to the truck when we heard a gobble. It's 95 degrees the first week of April and the wind is blowing about 40mph. My buddy can talk turkey with the best of them and had the bird coming when a hen chimes in. We were between the hen and tom until she flew over our head to get to the tom. He was chasing her around in tight circles when I shot him at 60 yards uphill. Love my mossberg 835. The other turkey hunt was this spring. It was a textbook flydown call them in. There was two toms. I shot the first at about 35 yards. That's when the fun began. The other tom started running around gobbleing. when a hen ran out into the field and began yelping louder than I have ever heard. The other tom then sprinted to the dead bird and started spurring him. He then jumped on top of him and gobbled 3 times. A little turkey trash talk I guess. Like Monty I needed a camera for this one. But my favorite happened a long time ago. I was fourteen when I started to bow hunt. I drove to the mine property a few miles from my house. Oh how times have changed. You could hunt the mine property and a fourteen year old could drive. I had three arrows, shot at a basket rack twice before he ran off. Got down and picked up my arrows, then a forkhorn come out and I shot at him twice as well. The second one was a near miss and the deer spun and stepped on my arrow and broke it. I got home and told my dad that I was going to kill that buck for breaking my arrow. After a little shooting practice I went back the next night to find someone was setting in their stand. Had to find a new place. Was standing by a tree when the forkhorn came out and shot him. My dad and I tracked him that night but he crisscrossed his path and we ended up backtracking. Found him the next day with the help of a couple buddies, one of which may be on this sight but not for sure. I think the deer have gotten a little smarter since then as well.

I guess I should have written Bo Derek WAS the only perfect 10. She is probably a perfect 100 by now.

Willy caught a big striper in the white a few weeks ago. I got a picture of it on my phone. But I can hardly make a phone call let alone put that picture on the net. Chase, you'll have to hunt me down when school starts so I can show you.

Willy says to name the buck Wild Eyed Crazy Mary after his mama's car. I think Chase should call him Bo Derek. She's still the only "Perfect 10"
