A friend and me went out for a hunt in the snow. We couldn't see the birds until they were right on us at times, but as you can see they sure came in good today.

Nice shoot! We haven't had many ducks down here this season, they are all held up in your area because it won't get cold!!

Sweet! I was watching the snow through a window at work yesterday and it sure looked "ducky" to me. Glad you guys got out. 'Bout time we had a waterfowl report on here this year!

My reprt is the things are too dang hard to sneak up on when the only cover ou have is 6 in grass and hills.

Btw what species is that seond from left? I believe that is a Gadwall. I've taken shovelers off of that pit as well but as the picture indicates mostly mallards,
