I've been thinking about your place down there a lot. It's been a tough few years with all the hurricanes down there. My buddy has a place between Tampa and Clearwater and they really got lucky with damage. His neighbors just down the street weren't so lucky. It's horrible that this now seems to be the norm. I hope your situation ends up not being near as bad as it looks...there's always hope.

Thanks Matt! Yeah I'm thankful now that it didn't work out with the canal front house I was going to buy a few years ago. That's it straight ahead of the canoe. It's for sale again but for more than double what I was going to pay. Good luck with that.
