They know what they are doing. The left a pile of dead carp at the ramp and threw a dead muskie over in the weeds thinking no one would see it I guess.

Late last summer we saw some people bow fishing after dark at bass. Made us wonder because we rairly see any carp down there. We have now started finding muskie that have been shot by a bow. My dad was down there today and found a 42 that had been shot and it is the third we have found since the beginning of april. you see someone bowfishing down there please call the tip line, these are a low density fish and their numbers can't take this.

How much ice is there down that way. Was hoping to be able to launch the boat on bass at some point before the end of the year.

Keep telling myself we are going to get up there and fish that but it never seems to work out schedule wise with the imtt tournaments we fish.

between tournament fishing and fishing for fun we have fished most places that have them within about 250 miles over the last 3 or 4 years.

We were on bass today chasing our favorite toothy critter and when we got back to the ramp at dark we noticed something in the water. At first we thought it was a beaver but we noticed it never ran from the boat. It would not let us get super close but would not run either. When it went under one of the times my dad swore it was an otter. I never got a good look. Has anyone ever seen one down there?

Looking for someplace to catch or buy suckers in the 10 to 12 inch range. Anyone have any idea where I could get my hands on some?

I know it has been forever but we have been back down to the area a couple of time since this thread was started. We hit the jackpot the first time down and have been going back to the same guy every since. If you are ever down in the port canaveral area I would STRONGLY recommend capt. Jim Ross with fine line fishing charters. We have a blast every time and it seems like every time we go something big ends up at the side of the boat.
