well, he's still on the phenobarbatol for the seziures, even though he aint had one in a while, and he will stay on it for atleast the next 3 weeks that we know of, because thats when his script will run out. BUT atleast we got him home with mama.  |

Well, It looks like its gonna be a GOOD day tater.. Got a phone call this morning, and We were told that Baby Colby gets to come home TODAY!! Mama sure is happy. well, no time to chat (sorry fellas) gotta go pick him up. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT GUYS!

Howdy Fellas, sorry to keep ya waiting, I've been at the hospital for the last few days. Colby Is doing BETTER, BUT hes still in the NICU. I have been there feeding him every 4 hours, for the last few days so I have'nt had much time for updates. Today they took out his IV and put him on Oral meds, and also moved him out from under the warmer, and into a crib. We still have NO IDEA what was causeing the seziures, but they sent off more blood work yesterday. EEG, MRI, Spinal Tap, And Previous Blood work has ALL COME BACK NEGATIVE, so were just kinda playin it by ear. He has had NO Seziures since 2:40 am Tuesday ( I THINK...still not sure what day it is even now).Sorry if you guys have trouble readin this, I aint got more than probbaly 8 hours sleep since he was born last thursday, lol so my spelling may be a little off. I'm at home now, and goin back in the morning. THANK YOU EVERYONE for ALL the support. WILL KEEP YA POSTED!

Hey guys, heres a qiuck overview of a pic i got today. I cant attest the validity of the story, but here goes what i was told. At first i was told that the deer pictured below was taken this weekend at atterbury. Then i got another call sayin that we had been lied to, and the deer was taken in illinois. So i'm not to sure as to where its from. maybe you guys can help.  |

Hey fellas. Yea, I'm back again. sorry i aint been around much, been busy with school and stuff lately. Our third son came thursday at 12:38 pm. he weighed 7 lbs and 13 ounces. little smaller than what docs thought, but thats ok. Unfortunately, this morning he had a seziure, and ended up getting sent to the NICU. He was doing great. He does'nt cry or wine. sleeps and eats good. no abnormalities. he just started haveing a prob this morning. After the first one, the docs gave him a spinal tap, and drew blood, to run some tests. some came back and nothing looks out of place so far. At 10:25 this morn, he had another seziure, this one was a little worse. he locked up, and stopped breathing. they were able to bring him back, but as of right now, knowone knows whats going on. Mama gets to go home tomorrow, but i am going to go ahead and stay here while the baby is here. So once again, i get to memorize the walls here at Union Hospital. lol. His name is Colby Jackson Abel Dykes. Thats what mama wanted to name him. I am not a religious person, nor my wife, and i have no idea what religion anyone else is, so I am not going to ask anyone to pray for us, But wish him luck if ya'll could. Me and colby will be up here for atleast 3 more days, but most likely 3 to 10 days. so i may not be on much. I will keep ya'll informed. And GOOD LUCK HUNTING!!! I Wanna See some FRIGGIN BUX!!!   |

I'm really surprised about this final four. I think strippitman must have gotten to some of the judges!  I didn't judge, but anthony's big channel would have definitely been in my final four. After the voting has ended we'll post how the judging went. We had 16 judges and 23 entries received votes! I want to thank everyone who entered and especially Brutom, Brian, and Guide Dog Tackle for donating prizes. THANKS!  I AGREE!!! I think i want to claim a CONFLICT of INTERESTS, HE MUST be friends with SOMEONE!!! LOL J/K CONGRATS TO EVERYONE who made it, We are ALL Proud of you guys!! |

Good Luck bud!! Being a Vet., I would LOVE to be able to be in the woods tomorrow, But, My wife is haveing a C section tomorrow at 11, and i have a dentists appointment in the morning. so its gonna be a busy day. doubt i will bee in the woods lol. but GOOD LUCK TO all who do get to go out!!
