Well, I could'nt figgure out what to do for lunch, so I decided to go out to the pond and catch a mess of Gills. Ended up catchin about 5 or 6 (just enough for me to have a nice snack on ). also got a nice little bass, but i returned him. I also got a chance to try out my new jigs. I really only used one, a small Green/Glow tiger stripped spoon tipped with a bee-moth. Seems like they liked it. Now I just gotta wait till the ice hits. Here's the Bass, he went a few pounds, maybe 3. What I was fishing today. Had my bait suspended about 12-18 inches under my float. My little snack all battered up and ready for the Jacuzzi The Jacuzzi Cooking Just About Done Come N Get IT!!!

Sorry, I thought i allready did an update. lol guess not. Well, I bottled my first batch the other day. I got about 11-1 and a half liter bottles out of it. I plan to let it age for about 4 to 6 months, Then crack one open for a test(dont worry, if its good I'll have some go your way ). ALSO I started batch # 2 the other day. It is a BLACKBERRY MELOMEL. Basically, Its about 12 pounds of honey, fermented with around 8-9 pounds of blackberries...YUM!! will keep ya updated, may even get a video in here soon when i put in the blackberries!

Pohlmans processing down in terre haute does a DANG GOOD JOB on Sausage also. They Brought in a Tray to one of our Banquets, and THAT STUFF DISAPEARED!!! I think I had MAYBE 1 slice(more like a bite). If you wanna take it some where, You cant go wrong with Pohlmans!
