Hey Guys, I recently wrote an article for Wide Open Spaces on how to can venison. You can check it out at the link below. If you think it's good, share it on Facebook for me. It has been one of my most successful articles to date with over 24k Facebook shares already! The more exposure my writing gets the better. Thanks! How to Can Venison

Hey guys, I'm a member of the Pro Staff at Military Hunting and Fishing ( www.militaryhuntingandfishing.com) and we are currently looking for some new junior members with the potential to turn into a senior member once you have proven yourself. The time commitment is not huge and although it is not a paid position there are several benefits available to members. The whole Pro Staff is a great group of people and the owner of the site is very easy to work with. If anyone wants more information either reply to this thread or PM me. Thanks and have a great day! Brian

Think I'm gonna try these out for the Browns game on Sunday. They look great! People still watch the Browns? Every week. Still can't believe that comeback against the Titans. Now time to go take care of the Steelers at home.

As a matter a fact I did release it. Too big of a fish to eat. 10lbs and smaller are what I usually eat. Took a big tote with 2 bubble box aerators as a live well but didn't expect this big guy/gal Awesome. Always like to hear big fish being released to let 'em get even bigger for the next guy. Great catch too!

Interesting first week in the league to say the least. This week will have an early rematch of last year's Championship game. I'm eager to see how my team stacks up with Matt's this season.
Hopefully the Browns and Colts can get in the win column this week as well.

Anyone want to make it an auction type draft this year? I do a couple other leagues that use that style and I find it to be a lot more interactive and fun. They tend to go a little faster as well.

I finally rejoined. Looking forward to another draft and league with everyone who decides to play. It was a blast last year! Bragging rights sounds fine to me.

Hey Guys, Back in November 2013, I was given the chance to freelance write for a hunting and fishing website called Wide Open Space ( www.wideopenspaces.com). Just recently they made me their Featured Contributor for Ohio (my home state). Its an exciting opportunity and was worth all the work it took to get there. I just wanted to invite everyone to check out the site and if you like what you see then I encourage you to register with the site and become part of the community. We have a really cool system in place that allows active members to earn points for doing things like leaving comments on articles. The points earned can then be redeemed for entries into raffles for cool gear or spent on Wide Open Spaces themed gear like beer koozies, hats, and t-shirts. The best part is that it is completely free to join and enjoy all the perks. The site is full of great articles, viral outdoor videos, and entertaining slide shows. If you have a few minutes, definitely go and check it out. Brian Featured Ohio Contributor at Wide Open Spaces

and that right there boys is why topwater fishing for bass is my favorite thing to do. I used to mostly use buzzbaits and poppers but got really into frogs last summer. They are a little pricey and you surprise yourself with the lengths you go to to get them back if you cast too far into some reeds, but the high-quality ones are hard to get stuck.
