I Know I'm ready to go out and get some tree rats. Just a few more days. Here's a few pics of one of my 28 g shotguns. probably what I'll be starting with this year. I like the 28's because they dont tear a squirrel or rabbit up as much as a 20 or 12 and they've got enough power behind them to get up to the tops of the trees where those early season squirrels are.

To me hunting squirrel with shotgun is to easy.

Yes I am talking about the 17HMR. and you are right, It DOES blow them up. If you make a bad shot. But, if you sight your gun in right, and be patient and take your shot when you can put one in their heads, they dont turn out bad. I also use the 17 for coyotes too. It is also a Savage
