i went to a spot in poland tonight, did'nt see anything. when i got home i jumped the crik behind the house, and the place was SWARMIN. Heard all kinds of noise. It is a great spot every year. i ended up shootin 2 cause i only took 2 shells with me. but they turned out to be 2 big males. I only shoot the males, they taste better.

I like using a 12g with a turkey choke and 7 1/2 shot to reach up and tag those buggers in the tops of the trees. Holds the pattern tight enough to hit them only in the head when they are close and holds tight enough to knock em out of the tops of the trees. The 7 1/2 is my pick cus of the tons of pellets that in it.

I haven't seen many squirrels at all this year. Its crazy there are so many acorns they arent even coming to our deer corn.
