(PLEASE READ BEFORE LOOKING AT THE PICTURE 
Ive been hunting for 5 years...well the first 1 was just takin a BB gun with grandpa, but the last 4 have been a BLAST, I have so many great stroy's but If i picked my favorite id say it was when i shot my first buck with a bow.
Well first ill start with the bow, it was a Browning micro midas 4 and it was a good bow to start with, I was a good shot and won a few shooting competitions...
Well it was my second year of deer hunting and my 1st bow hunting, bow season here starts October 1st and I had been hunting hard and passin up small bucks to let them grow old and well i wanted a big one and the season went on and on and I thought I was never going to get a buck(I had heart set on my first bow deer being a buck) and on November 18th I went hunting that afternoon after school and i picked a place that i new bucks traveled alot and i hadn't hunted much that year and its was the middle of the rut...couldnt get much better than that...well as the afternoon went on I didnt see anything untill I started hereing a scraping sound and i look over and 50 yards to my right was a 140 class wide 8 point working a scrape...man my heart was pumping!! I grabbed my bow and got ready and he walked to with in 40 yards then stopped and walked away 
talk about bad luck....well that next day i went to the same spot and sat there and about 20 minutes untill dark i saw a doe run in and stop so i got stood up and held my bow thinking a buck was behind her....man i was right! the doe ran off and here coms a HUGE buck..jeez i thought the buck could hear my heart pumping...he walked to 17 yards quartering away and i shot and he took 10 steps...layed down and died right there... It had 9 points, scored 163 2/8 official Pope and Young....and i killed it on November 19th...the crazyiest part of the whole thing is the my grandpa killed his first pope and young buck on november 19th
