Got curious a while back and looked up those decoys. I figured they would be outrageously priced, but they weren't nearly as bad as I thought they would be.
I really wonder if we'll ever have that opportunity here in Indiana. This time of year there are most certainly a large number of them in the Goose Pond area.

You never know. I didn't think they would ever allow high powered rifle deer hunting here in Indiana. Sandhills and a snow geese hunt are something I wouldn't mind paying to do.

I was deer hunting at my grandma's on NYE and had a bunch of snow geese overhead right at dark. I can only imagine having a huge flock of them getting ready to land in your spread.

I stopped on 246 just east of the Eel River this evening on the way to work to snap a pic of the sunset when I heard a ruckus going on and looked over to see a huge flock of snows. They are quite the sight!
