Wanted to let you all know that while he has been in some considerable discomfort, as well as an obviously very restricted way of life, his spirits and attitude has been very good so far! Thanks very much to everyone who posted your good wishes as it really has helped us all here a lot! Adam is home now, and will not require any surgery as it stands now, which is very good! Here's the remains of the car he was in:

Just wanted you all to know that while he will be completely okay eventually, Adam was in a fairly serious traffic accident last night in which he got some pelvic fractures which will, of course, take some time to heal-up completely. He was a passenger in his friend's car when they hit another car that had run a stop sign and also a tree after that out by Greenfield. Fortunately, no one else had anything more than cuts and bruises. If you'd like to post your get well wishes to him here, I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated!

After having been there all day long, I did manage to catch about ten or so all together, but the average size for what I caught was certainly well off what Adam and I were catching the last time when we were both there. Only two fish topped twenty pounds, and just barely at 20-5 and 20-1. But at least all the rest were big enough to be fun to catch with all but a couple in the mid to upper teens. Seems like the fishing has now transitioned to the typical Summer situation where most of the catching happens early and late in the day. At least that's the way it was there yesterday since from 10am to about 4pm was very quiet. Yesterday's best for me was this one that weighed 20-5.

Better than blanking, I'd say.

I don't know, sometimes I can't catch 'em when I am trying?

Went crappie fishing there today with my long-time co-worker and friend, Dick Morgan on Dick's boat. One of my crappies: Dick caught the best one that measured 13" The day's accumulation of keepers: I still managed to catch a carp without even trying: Snagged it on the tail with a tiny jig!

That was really good.
You guys always do a great job with scenes, camera angles and narration in your video's.
I'd say it was a memorable season with the rapid changes in fortune you had!

It's a mirror carp with only a few large scales on it. Kind of a rare breed of carp.

Got a new PB at Sylvan that weighed 28-0, and over the three days that we were there, Adam and I figure we landed about 50 carp between us with about a dozen of them in the 20+ pounds range. I'd estimate that something over 800lbs. total were caught! We enjoyed a really good 3-day's session up there!

Some highlights that include a Tomlin double and an "Indiana 30" for Tony Stout.
