I went down to the fish ladders today and checked to see if any fish were making their way to Mishawaka.. 
They are!!! Last season was a slow year, with only about 1000 fish through the ladders. This year, as of 29 August, nearly 1400 fish have came through the ladder. That means good fishing, once the temps get near 60. Water temps are at 68 now in the river but with lows in the 40's for next week, it wont be long til they decide to bite!!! Look for a report next weekend..
