Well, wish us luck. Sam and I will be spending the better part of the next two days at Gander Mountain taking the hunter ed. course. Sam has to have it, so I figured I may as well take it, too. I'd better pay attention. Hate to see Sam get a better grade on the test than me. That'd be embarrassin', Chase, embarrassin'!   |

Good luck to the both of you. I still carry with me the first Hunter Ed card that I got back in '91. I've taken the course a couple other times since but I like having that first one.

We just got home from the first day of Hunter's Ed and it's easy. We are just going over the Hunter's Ed guide I've already read. I'm ready for the test...I think. I'm a little nervous, But I think I'll pass.

good luck, how long are the classes? here in washington when i took it we had class from 7-9pm each night for 5 days straight. then we had the hands on test on saturday.

Congrats to Sam! He's now an officially licensed hunter!  Passed with an impressive 97 out of 100 questions. Not quite up to my 99/100 (Stinkin' trick question!!! ), but pretty darn good.  |
