This is round 2 of Chase and mines Lake Michigan trip. The salmon action was hot and heavy from the start on this morning. You'll notice that Chase is a "rod hog" in this one.  He was bound and determined to catch one bigger than my king from the day before! Watch in HQ for best quality. |

I wish I could of went but I get car sick so I would never be able to catch one because I would be busy pukeing!

They'll definitely be another BB&B big water episode! I talked to Kevin a while back about it. Maybe a spring coho trip, then another summer salmon slammin' trip!  The guy I want to get out on the big water is catfishsam. He was so pumped about the Lake Erie spring walleye trip, then the weather was crap and we couldn't get it done.  |

Funny you mention spring coho. I was talking tonight with a guy from the walleye club, about spring coho fishing in Portage. I used to catch a lot of great eating coho in Michigan City and Portage in early spring. Great size for the grill and fun to catch!! I will have my boat rigged and ready to go if you need more room or a camera boat..I was fishing Trail Creek last spring and ran into Jed Pierson's brother. He lost a real nice steelhead on light tackle. Fishfarmer should know who Jed is. Dang..I am getting geeked about fishing this spring!!!
