Nice looking carp and awesome that you went in for the pole. I was fishing for cats at a pond near me and reeled up somebody elses rod but it was all messed up and was all muddy. And the line was broken. Also you spelled bellbucksnbeards wrong lol. Cool anyways. Hope you catch some more carp. Try small marshmallows on a hair rig. Somebody else said that worked great for them. Im gonna try it for myself.

Marshmellows at out lake catch catfish lol with garlic flavor that is. I prefer corn. We used alot of stuff to get the carp attracted. It seemed to work when my friend bill the adult dude caught some small ones. Im going this weekened again!. (ur like first person to realize that on ur first try)

try to flavor your baits with like strawberry kool-aid or some other strawberry flavor. Carp have a sweet tooth and like strawberry. Try putting marshmallows in a plastic baggy with strawberry kool-aid and sugar but without any water and then seal it and leave in the fridge for a few days. They take in the flavor and then you got some carp bait.
