Chase and me will be joining Capt. Kevin Smith of River City Outfitters and fishfarmer this week for some salmon action on Lake Michigan!  This will be our first time on one of the BIG lakes and we are PUMPED! We'll take lots of pics and shoot some video to share with ya'll when we get back. Here's a pic from one of Capt. Should be an awesome trip! Take plenty of coolers. I'm looking forward to some fresh salmon!  ...Oh, and you might want to keep an eye on Sam when you get ready to leave. I have a feeling he might be trying to sneak into your truck and join you for this trip since the other one fell through!  Good luck! |

Thanks guys. Booey is letting us "borrow"(for $10 :  his ipod touch, so if our hotel has wifi we'll be able to get on here and give updates on how the fishings going. |

This evening we went perch fishing and caught a nice mess. We will be going for the big fish in the morning. Wish us luck!!

We are now at BW3's eating some wings. We had a great day on the lake, boating 11 fish. We are going again in the morning. Pics coming tomorrow night!

Ive been to door county on lake michigan salmon fishing and just a fair warning if you arenty use to big waves with no winds and gettin a little sea sick then brace your selves.....other than that its fun |

It was an absolute blast out there! We need to thank Capt. Kevin Smith and Kyle Banks(fishfarmer) of River City Outfitters for taking us on our first trip on a BIG lake. I just grilled 3 big filets and it was the best salmon I've ever had. Kim and the kids all loved it, and we've got a freezer full! Chase has a lot more pics and we've got some awesome video footage to get edited. I go back to work tomorrow, so it will probably be next week before we have any videos done. They'll be worth waitng for though! Thanks again Kevin and Kyle! |
