I caught this one a week after I caught a 12.25" one..My Dad talked me into cleaning the 12.25 !!!!

After I thought about it I had to get out and try and catch another for the wall..I went back to the pond that the 12.25 came out of and was able to get a 11.75" slab!! Not the 12"er ..but I had to put it on the wall. The baits shown are Paw Paw Weedless Wow and a Fly Rod Watta Frog. I have several Paw Paw Watta Frogs from the 40s. They are a cool bait to collect and fish with!! Bass love them!!

Who was the taxidermist? I've wanted to learn to mount fish but have never found the time to learn. I did a deer shoulder mount a couple years ago that turned out okay.

How much are mounts usually? I never have had any fish mounted. I have heard that you normally pay like based on the fishes weight or length but like how much per inch or pound is it normally?
