I'm not sure if you guys have said what trail cam you are using whenever you post trail cam pics, but I want to buy one and was wondering what type you had. I know it is a StealthCam. Can you give me the model? Also, is it infrared or just normal flash? How is the reasction time on it?

I have the ADX Model. It's one of their cheaper ones, and it works great! It uses the normal flash. The flash doesn't seem to bother them, so I wouldn't pay the extra money for infared. Not sure how fast the reaction time is but it usually gets the deer in the center if it's just walking by.

We've had a couple cheap ones; wildview, bushnell that took good pics, but they both quit working. The wildview lasted one season and the bushnell didn't make it that long.

There's one from Wildgame Innovations that I've been thinking about trying. It's a 4.0 megapixel IR camera for $99. Actually, Gander Mountain had it for $89 during their "First Shot" promotion, but that's over. I've read some decent reviews on the internet for it. Here's a link to it at GM.

I was in Sam's Club today, and they're carrying a Wildview 5.0 mp IR with a 1G SD card and batteries for $97! I know Troy and Chase didn't have a lot of luck with Wildview before, but that sounds like a pretty good deal. They also have a couple Gorilla tree stands and a ground blind for a pretty low price too.

I was also in GM today and asked the bow dept. manager about the $99 Wildgame Innovations camera. He said he judges their reliability by returns, and he hasn't got any of them back yet.

I should've pulled the trigger on one of them because our Bushnell is driving me nuts. >:(

Put a new set of energizers in it, and now it's not always recognizing the SD card is inserted.
