Our “new” St John’s fishing machine was added to the fleet yesterday. It’s a 2020 with hardly any hours on it. Has the Mercury 90 on it with 20 some hours. Found it on marketplace in Coatesville/Heritage Lake. It was owned by an older couple and the guy’s health went south shortly after buying. For some reason he had already sold the trolling motor, but that’s ok because now I can get exactly what I want. Figure we saved $13-15,000 off what a new one would be. Love the way this is setup with a ton of storage, 2 livewells, vinyl flooring, and fishing areas off the bow and stern. Can’t wait to try it out!   |

My new trolling motor was delivered today. Went with the Minn Kota Terrova Riptide. Was going to buy it from the MK factory outlet but they were on back order. Found the motor on MyGreenOutdoors for $200 less than the outlet store. Was a little leery of ordering from there because I couldn't find much info on them but I rolled the dice. Ordered it Saturday and got it today so all good! Got the quick release bracket with it and it was cheaper than anywhere else too. |

Found these rod holders on eBay and bought 3 sets. If they work as good as they should I might buy another set. They mount to the rails of the pontoon. I like that they can be set at different angles as well as left or right. Also bought some clamp on Scotty rod holders to move around when we aren’t chasing crappies.  |

Our new carport for the pontoon is being installed right now. I've been checking in once in a while from work on the security camera and Gail is there giving me updates too.
