It was probably 15 years ago I was at a New Year's Eve party and a friend had made his specialty; bacon wrapped grilled turkey nuggets. It was some of the best stuff I had ever ate so I had to know the details! That begun my love affair with the Odon Locker marinated turkey.  |

We had this for Gail's family's Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit! The crazy warm weather was a plus too for outdoor grilling. |

On Christmas day my Pop fixed some of this on the grill since I can't really eat beef any longer. I wasn't sad watching them eat filets while I had the turkey all to myself.

We officially moved into the cabin a few days ago and this afternoon we cooked our first meal since moving in. One of my favs!! With “smashed” potatoes.  |
