I had my trail camera out for the first time. Thought I would share the pics.

Looking a little rough

I believe this is the guy I have pics of from last year. I was hoping he would stick around. He's a cool buck!

I think they do but I don't keep a good log of pics. I just remember him from last year because of the uniqueness of his rack.

Had lots of deer, turkey, and coyotes. One pretty decent buck.

Not a happy camper right now.

I've got a few trailcams and Gail asked me a couple years ago if I'd just leave one on the driveway to keep an eye on things since we live in the sticks with no other houses around. I checked it a few weeks ago and cleared the card and checked the batteries before putting it back out. Today I was walking up the driveway collar training a pup when I noticed the camera was moved around the tree a little bit. Figured a coon or possum had moved it but when I checked it one of the two latches was undone and my 16GB sd card was GONE! Trying to figure out why someone would take the card and not the camera. Camera might be ruined because it was wet inside.

That’s what I’m thinking also , someone was around that realized a camera caught them , I keep wanting to pull the trigger on a camera that sends pic via text to my phone. Keep an eye out 👀

I think you guys are right. That same thought dawned on me just now when I was on Facebook and saw people posting about the break-ins around here. Something else I've considered; Gail has told me about having trouble with a stalker in the past and then her daughter had some boy trouble recently. With only the SD card missing it was almost like someone saying "I was here." Regardless, security is gonna be upped around here.
