Been getting a bunch of peppers off the 1 jalapeno plant we have, so I've been trying to come up with creative ways to use them. This evening I simply sliced them, put in a bowl of milk with Lawry's Garlic salt, then when I was done frying fish I shook them in the bag of Andy's Cajun and fried. Just took a matter of seconds for them to be done. Not bad! Definitely a healthy bite to them. I liked them stacked on the fish or a fry, or dipped in ranch.
