Strippitman and me fished Kickapoo and Shakamak all afternoon and evening and got skunked. Marked a lot of suspended fish on Shakamak in 15-18fow, but couldn't get them to take minnows, worms or anything else. Not sure of water temps...was using my ice385.

The only excitement we had was some geese on Kickapoo that wanted to eat our sunflower seed shells we were spitting. ::)

Life is just a series of obstacles preventing you from fishing.

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
