Dug up some worms today and went to the pond to try and catch a catfish to fry up. The cats wouldn't cooperate, but I did catch a couple crappie on the worms...

The pond is pretty much full for the first time since the "expansion."

There was also a bat flying around the pond that I thought was a little strange in broad daylight. It's in the top right of this pic...

Life is just a series of obstacles preventing you from fishing.

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
