well a few days ago i saw a whole freakin herd of deer on my gma property runnin in the woods.. about 8-12 id say. Which is RARE usually i will see small groups of does and ocassionally a spike, or a forkhorn. well this season there has been much more bucks on the farm some nice ones too . i know 3 people who say they saw a big bucks back there that i havent seen yet..they say its atleast a 12 pointer and its really big 
i really want to see it!! Plus there was a few nice 8 's and a big 10 point runnin around back there that i HAVE seen. We..I... am trying to do work to the farm (100 acres) to improve it for deer hunting. Im gonna put in food plots and if i can get my hands on a chainsaw try to make some bedding areas or improve the bedding areas they already use.. I also need to get rid of some coyotes!! chcked the trail cam today and there were 2 coyotes on it in my food plot where i dumped alot of fish scraps.. Also.. the herd of deer has returned! at 4 am in my food plot. there were probly 14 deer im gonna say but they werent all in one picture at the same time so its hard to tell.. about 3 bucks. one had a broken antler and i have pics of him before he had 4 points on on side with the broken off antler..the other looks like it could have been that big 10 point i had a picture of same body size atleast..probly a 3 yr old...and there was a small buck that had both antlers still on... Hopefully these deer will stick around and i can watch them grow and harvest them some day. there are a few ponds on the property and good places where they deer like to sleep and plenty of browse in the woods for them. im sure it wouldnt hurt to have me a big ol winter wheat field and a small cornfield for them. One of themain things is i need to try to not drive my truck back there too much although they are soo used to it by now i have driven by them when they are just standing 20 yards from my truck in the open field they get nervous about it but they dont seem to mind it too much im not sure what a big buck will think of it though. my cousin drives back there sometimes too but i really cant control that thats a whole other issue with him ..
