Found a big 10 point buck and an old 4 point shed on my best shed hunting property. I asked the guy for permission this year several times and he was wanting to look for them but i asked him today and he said i could look if i give him the small ones to make knive handles with. I walked in there and found an old 4 point shed right off the bat and then 45 minutes later while walking back to the truck i found a BIGGG 10 point (well 11 point if you count a little kicker)
IDK if he was shot or hit by a car (80 yards from a busy road and 100 yards from a treestand!! ) His antlers are perfect no chew markes and great color.. Although there was no meat on himn at all just a little hide on his face all the rest was rotted off. and he stinks.. I am going to clean it up and hang him on the wall as a skull mount next to my skull mount. ALTHOUGH, he make my other buck look TINY! Heres a few pics. Teh picture really doesnt do it justice.. ill throw in a pic of the shed i found too! WHAT DO YOU THINK IT SCORES?? MY geuss is 135" possibly up to 150"

You have to have the picture on a site like photobucket or facebook. Facebook: Right click then go to properties, and copy the Adress (URL) and then click the image button on this sight on the reply screen. Then Paste it between the little things. Photobucket: It's pretty self explanatory to get it on there, once you do view the picture and copy the direct link and paste it imbetween the things. That's how I know to do it, if you can't do it with my directions there's a thread either in General or Welcome boards that explains it..

Copy the link of the photo and type in front and [/img] behind. I only put the space in the first one so that it will show up.

The bucks I am seeing up here still have their racks attached. Might need to build a shed trap.

The guy i shed hunt on puts out corn for them every night and he says he has seen alot of bucks and they are still holding them too but he saw a small buck that lost one side. But the way i see it if you go you can always find the old ones and the dead ones plus the ones you will find will be fresh. Im sure there are a few fresh ones dropped out there by now.. somewhere. It really is like looking for a "needle in a haystack"

Well guys i found 4 more sheds. 3of 4 were very fresh and severely chewed lol.. Two 3point sides a 4point side and a 5 point side that could possibly be a match one of them still had a hint of blood on it id say it dropped just before we got that last snow about 3 or 4 days ago i think.. And i took a different vehicle cuz my trucks in the shop and the landowner stuck a not on my window it read : 1st time is free 2nd time you will pay a towing bill. So i went to tell him that it was my vehicle and showed him the sheds i found.. he told me he wanted to look some and i can come back in about 2 more weeks to look again cuz he wanted me to leave some for him to find which is understandable and fine with me.. im trying to be very honest with him and show him everything i find and i usually drop by to say hi and show him sheds ive found at other places.. that way he will let me keep coming back to shed hunt and maby one day he will let me hunt on his land. he only lets his neighbor hunt there.. I went coyote huntin on his land with some of my dads friends from work on a competition hunt, we hunted 5 different farms and was huntin from 8 30 to 1 30 am we called in a red fox and had some coyote howling at our calls close by but no takers. that guy also told me there were 4 ot 5 bobcats on his property
