2012 Bell's Bucks & Beards "Fish of the Year" Contest
Contest runs from January 21st through November 30th, 2012.
Only fish caught during this time period will be accepted.
Who Can Enter
Any registered member of the Braggin Board and their family. A registered member may enter a fish for an immediate family member.
How to Enter
1. Catch a fish.
2. Take a photo of the fish with some form of representation of Bell's Bucks & Beards. This could be BB&B, 3B, or something like that written, or you can print and use a BB&B logo like this:
www.bellbucksnbeards.com/images/BBBlogocopy.jpg
Or be wearing a BB&B apparel item.
Hats and shirts are available here; www.cafepress.com/bucksandbeards
Or even just hold up 3 fingers in the picture to represent the 3 B's. No edited photos please. We want to make this as easy as possible, but still have proof that the picture was taken for this contest.
Example photos that would be acceptable:
The date of the catch is not mandatory in the picture. Please include what state(or country) the fish was caught in when you post.
Any additional information about the fish is also welcome; length, weight, story, video, etc.
Entries will only be accepted for the contest in the Official Entry Thread. Please only post entries in this thread and not congratulations, all other posts except official enties will be removed. Congratulations and trash talking can take place in the Tourney Talk thread, or you may start a new thread. Try to resize your photos to 640x480 pixels or similar size. If you do not know how, Chase or myself will try to resize them when we make the entry "official."
An entry becomes official when Chase or myself post an entry number to it. If the entry does not meet the requirements, it will be deleted or moved to the regular board.
Enter as many fish as you like, of any species, from anywhere in the world.
Judging
BB&B "Fish of the Year" = "most impressive catch by a member."
For example; a 5lb bass caught by a 5 year old might be more impressive than a 6lb bass caught by a 60 year old, or a 2lb bluegill might be more impressive than a 20lb flathead.
After November 30th the best "Final Four Fish" will be chosen from all the entries by a panel of judges. These 4 finalists will then be put against each other for a final vote by all registered members.
Prizes
