Oh yeah.

Talked to Chase on the phone earlier and he seen a big 10 chasing a doe across a field on the way to Linton this evening. I saw on facebook where Waddell and his crew had been in Indiana all week and killed 8 bruisers on video. Sounds like it's prime time!

On voting day I seen 5 bucks chasing in a 20 minute trip from the polls to work. It is definitely on!

Big Time! Saw 3 bucks chasing same doe last Thursday, 2 more different bucks in the same woods Sat. Had a little buck @ 15 yards Wed. night and saw a small 8 grunting and chasing a doe in my yard Thursday morning. Tonight I had a big shooter 8 come through @ 5:20 50 yds away then as I was climbing out 2 does come busting thru with a big buck grunting with every step. Not sure if it was the big 8 or not, hope not cause he was just as big. These were followed by a small buck a minute later grunting with every step. The are definatley doing their thing. Not to mention a big one and a smaller 8 I saw from the road this week in the BB&B area.

Ive seen em chasin does for about the past 2 or 3 weeks..lol Havent been out the last couple nights on account of i had to get my drivers license. Which i did get! lol Headin out in the morning. Im gonna shoot a mature doe or any decent buck lol i dont really care i just wanna shoot somethin..lol Supposed to be purdy warm tho..booo

Ill probly take some antlers and make some noise

THere was a period of time there where all the does and most bucks disappeared and there were only fawns coming in.. Then the does started coming back and also got a real nice 8 on my trail cam in daylight. I was thinking that the does were already being bred which is why they disappeared.. Who knows! things are kinda messed up this year. I saw 2 HUGE and fresh scrapes this afternoon tho

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
