For my birthday this year,my parents bought me a hunting bow. YEA .It's a mission craze. But the problem is that it's shooting to the left.I know im not shaking or anything. And until i find a solution,im having to aim three inches to the right of what i want to shoot at.

That could be either a sight or rest adjustment. You would have to move your sight pins to the left to bring it back to center. If it continues to shoot left then you would need to move your rest to the right to bring it back. You're sure the string isn't making contact with anything during the release? This would throw your shots off as well.

You need to adjust your sight by loosening a couple of screws on your sight that will allow you to slide it left and right.. Just loosen them and move the sight just a little bit to the left (not much mayb 1/4 or 1/8th inch). Then tighten them up and shoot it and see wherre it hits. Just make sure you dont tighten it too much and strip the screws. Just remember to "follow the arrow" to sight your bow in. If the arrow is high, move your sight up. etc

I would find the nearest bow shop and make yourself a regular. They should help you get things dialed in and it never hurts to make your face known. They like to take care of folks and if you're a regular you might find things getting fixed faster than someone who drops in once or twice a year.
