With the price of chicken wings going through the roof, I've been looking for something a little cheaper to fry up out in the garage. 
Colton and me were watching Man vs Food a while back and when we seen these Colt says "YOU HAVE TO MAKE THOSE!" 
Here's the segment...
Very simple..... tater tot and pickled jalapeno slice wrapped with half a slice of thick cut bacon, held together with a toothpick and deep fried for a couple minutes and then sprinkled with cheese. They were GOOD!
The tots will have to thaw a little bit to get the toothpicks through. I sprinkled mine with shredded sharp cheddar and popped them in the oven for a couple minutes to melt the cheese.
