Youth season is just under two weeks away! I'm jacked! I've got two good bow stands and will probably ground hunt near them during youth season with my new Remington 870 12 guage. Any suggestions for good sabot slugs?

I know, I cant wait!! And bow season starts the day after youth season is over so we dont have to wait for it.. I got permission to hunt on what im gonna say is about a 300 acre piece of land along the river with lots of good bucks and TONS of does. Im not trying to brag or anything im just really happy becasue i normally dont get to hunt places like these.. normally i will see a few does every sit, alot of times i wont see anything! Tommorrow i will have to haul butt down there and sneak in there and hang my stand.. The guy said some of his buddies had killed "decent" bucks back there. Hopefully ill get some good footage guys! I am going to use a bow during youth season though,i always do and sometimes i regret it, but im not planning on shooting anything with a bow for a while unless its a big buck. Ill be shootin em with a camera.  Good luck in the woods guys, BE SAFE! |
