I want one too! I never really cared much for side imaging until now. This would be so ideal when the ripple on the water is concealing the beds. I could've used this a couple of weeks ago.

I could've used this a couple of weeks ago. ....or when the water is too stained, or when they're nesting too deep to see.... The pic in the article I posted is in 8fow and you'd probably just drive right over them and not even know they're there. I guess you can even zoom in with these and see if there's actually fish on the nests.

There is some great technology out there and some of the down imaging versions from lowrance are very reasonable. Till I can afford something better I will keep using my smart cast.
