The big day is almost here!

Through some generous donations we are looking good on food. We'll be frying fish, grilling hot dogs and brats along with French frys, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, and all the fixin's. Crappielady and me will be bringing the breading for the fish. The only thing we don't have covered is desserts, so if anyone would like to show up and help, just bring a dessert.

I talked to Eric last night and right now we have 34 soldiers coming and hopefully 20 boats. Can't wait!

We'll try to take lots of pics and video to share when we get back. 8-)

Eric(ericjeeper) and Doug(Raisin' Striper) have worked their tails off to put this event together. THANK YOU guys and also a big thanks to all the other volunteer captains, crews, and cooks!

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
