I was going to fry fish this evening but we were all out of the Andy's breading that I usually use. I started rummaging through the cabinets and came across a bag of Tostitos that was pretty much just crumbs and an idea struck me. I kept the chip crumbs in the bag and used a rolling pin on it until they were almost the consistency of corn meal. Then I added a cup or so of flour, season salt, a tsp each of onion and garlic powder, some Old Bay seasoning, and a dash of cayenne. I kept everything in the chip bag and even breaded the fish in it. Turned out pretty good!

I seem to remember seeing something to this nature one time. Only it was with cool ranch dorito's. Sounded like it would be pretty good. Also, THAT looks pretty dang good troy.

I've done something similar with Andy Capp's Hot Fries. As a matter of fact, I believe I've posted my Andy Capp's recipe on here before

Man O man chef Troy comes up with another great recipe idea. You never cease to amaze me man. That is a great idea, I never thought of using Nacho Chips before. I bet they were good, the pic looks yummy.
