Just saw this on Babe Winkleman's show and it looked so good that I thought I'd post it here so I'll be able find it and make it later. I'll probably never have pike to use, but I'm sure other fish will work too. ½ C Onions (chopped) 2 cloves garlic (crushed) 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 can corn (do not drain) 2 T butter 1 can potato soup 1 can tiny shrimp (drained) 1 can clam chowder soup 1 ½ cups of milk 1 ½ pound pike filets cut into bite size pieces 1 can of clams drained Salt & pepper Melt butter in skillet add: onions and garlic sauté until onions are transparent and add rest of ingredients except cheese. Cook until fish flakes, add cheese salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cheese melts keep stirring so it doesn’t burn or stick. You can serve in bread bowl. www.winkelman.com/videos/kris-kitchen/Pike-Chowder_147

I always enjoy Kris' Kitchen.
Those guys were pulling some monster pike through the ice today.
