We've talked about getting out fishing with ericjeeper for about a year now and yesterday we finally did. It was a darn good trip too! We went 5 for 5 on wipers with the biggest going 11 pounds.

Booey with the first of the morning.....a fat 11 pounder.

Chase(Or is that Forrest Gump?

) with a nice 8 pounder.

And you know we don't go fishin' without the video camera....

We're heading back out with Eric early tomorrow. This time we're gonna be pulling artificials, gonna try a little bit of everything. We'll be back "noonish" with the report.

We showed them a little bit of everything and came away with one 4lb channel cat. It was still nice to get out with Eric and his son Jake. Nice breeze and clouds made it bearable.

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
