...for Dylan. 3-5 lbs deer meat cut into 1/4" strips 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup bbq sauce(I use Sweet Baby Ray's) 1 tbsp seasoned salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp liquid smoke 1/4 tsp or so of cayenne A few shakes of Frank's RedHot Sauce Combine all ingredients and marinate for 2-3 days. I dryed mine in the dehydrator for 6 hours, rotating the trays halfway through. It was good stuff and it's going fast!

I've got a batch of jerky going right now and I'm gonna try to remember what all's in it in case it turns out good. (Like my chili, my jerky is never the same way twice. ) 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup steak sauce 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Wings Buffalo sauce 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp Creole seasoning 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp liquid smoke 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne Marinate 2 days, dehydrate Again, I made this a couple days ago after work, so I'm not positive this is what all's in it and there may have been more I've forgotten.

Gail and me went through my freezer the other night and found a bunch of deer meat I didn't realize I still had, so we made up a big batch of jerky. She had a bottle of "Moore's Hickory Marinade" that we used and it was pretty darn good! She has 3 dehydrators and I have one so we can make a pretty big batch all at once.
