yea the camera is on its got 99% of battery bout 2 years old, moultrie Here's a solution, go buy a Cuddeback. A few years ago i got a moultrie and i liked it but the trigger speed of the camera is terriable and its a minute delay, last year i bought a cuddeback capture and i catch deer running full speed the trigget time on the cuddeback is amazing, the picture quality is incredible, and its a 30 second delay and the batteries last much longer.

I have a WGI camera and had to have the first one I bought replaced. I very rarely get any pictures on the camera. I don't know if it is a lack of traffic or that the camera has such a slow trigger speed. When I set it up and test it I have to move around quite a bit for it to take a picture.

If it seems to have a slow trigger speed, either place it over a scrape or set up over a bait pile. Those are two places they are sure to stop to give the camera time to take a photo.

My camera was set up over a bait pile, but it looked like the deer had not even touched the salt lick. I know there are deer in the area, because I watched some does in the field Friday evening then saw some more on Sunday morning/afternoon. Sunday morning we had a buck snort wheezing at us, but couldn't get a visual. I made a scrape near my stand and put the camera there, so hopefully I'll get some action by the next time I check it. We'll see if those guys who swear by peeing in their mock scrapes know what they're talking about.
