also went to sugar creek last sunday my girlfriend got her first two smallies and i got 8 all on white zoom flukes rigged on a 3/0 octopus hook she also had a big gar follow her lure and turn away at her feet i saw the same fish minutes later and think it was around 30 inches also found alot of fossils including a giant 114 lb fossil that i carried on the side of a hill and up a dirt set of steps my girlfriend thinks im crazy lol

yeah that was the fish of the year bass and troy we go to sugar creek campgrounds its like 15 to camp and renting a kayak or canoe is between 13 to like 20 for 3 to 15 mile trips they also have two small ponds on the property that have bass bluegills and other stuff and you are just about guaranteed to find fossils i find about 20 crinoid fossils each trip

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
