Rainbow Plastics A-Just-A-Bubble - Mom and Dad use these and they're pretty nice. They have surgical tubing running through them; you run your line through, put the bobber where you want it, then twist to hold in place.

They may cost a little more than your average made in china walmart bobber, but I'd rather pay a little more for a quality Made in America product!
