well went out bassin today and lost a big fish not once but twice i saw two fish on the bank each around 5 pounds and couldnt get them to bite so went and got my swimbait rod with a matt lures ultimate bluegill tied on and started throwing it around got to about where they were and tried to kinda do a sidearm cast around a tree and birdnested the reel a bit so i pulled that out and started to retrieve and thought i was snagged but set the hook anyway and the snag moved fast and hard and started pulling drag i had the drag cinched down at 11 pounds and the rod is a mh rated to 6 ounces and it had it doubled over like nothing fought it for about 20 seconds then nothing so i had some choice words and my bait was still in the water in like 2 feet of water and out of nowhere the same bass or another bass of at least 5 pounds flies in takes the bait i set the hook and pulled it outta its mouth all in all a good day i gotta see a couple big fish just didnt get a pic with em 
Just another night at work for me and Monty will be back here again bright and early.
