Here's another.  This is member rowdy1's Nebraska bird. This was passed along to us from Monty who works with rowdy1. The text said it's a Rio/Eastern hybrid. Hopefully we'll get some more details when he gets back. I love them bow kills!  |

Thanks for putting up the pic Troy. We had a good trip but the hunting was tough! Talk about hened up birds, we found em. Several times we had strutters in the field and a hen would come out of nowhere and pack him off. We did see 3 bearded hens but they wouldn't come close enuff either. n e way, I stuck a blimp of a bird Sun. morning but hit him low and we lost him. Finally Mon. evening 3 toms came in to beat up the B-Mobile and my buddy shot one and I shot this one as they were walking away. We could have got more tags but at $100 apice with one day left we headed home early. Good huntand really pretty country!

yeah buddy haha there we go got some people in the game haha great birds guys and good shot for the both of you u just blasted the head on that double beard Logan and rowdy1 u got some skill it doesnt even look like u shot the thing the feathers had no roughles from the arrow at all. Always wnted to bow hunt for turkey but its hard to get them wit a gun so ill prolly stay wit a gun for a whil until im a lil older haha

Ya I've seen those broadheads but the 2" Grimreapers do a nomber on 'em. Gave mine the 'ol Texas heart shot and it came out his gall. My buddy shot his in the wing butt and it didn't go 20yds. It's like the original double bull boys say, "High they Die, Low they Go".
