This morning (4-10-11) I bagged my first turkey of the year! This was my second ever turkey and it was a double bearded bird! The first beard was 6 1/2 in. and the second beard was 10 1/4 in.. The spurs were 1 in.. The shot was 45 yards, (out of my comfort zone)but I made a good shot and he only flopped his wings maybe 5 times.

definition of a vegetarian= Bad Hunter..... It's always better to look at life through the peep hole.

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
