We went over to the Brookville Lake area and spent a couple nights this week. We rented a cabin from "Dreams End Cabins." They weren't anything real fancy but they were clean and the hot tub worked. 
These wouldn't be a bad place for fisherman to stay because you're only about a mile from the Egypt boat ramp.
Here's the cabin we stayed in....

We went to the tailwaters on Tuesday and cast a little bit of everything and didn't have a bite. It was like raging rapids coming out of the lake.
They stock the tailwaters with brown and rainbow trout and I've heard that it's a great place to catch walleye too. The only thing enjoying the high water was the ducks though...

Probably the best burrito I've ever had. When we walked out there was an awesome looking truck in the parking lot that ended up belonging to Elite Series bass fisherman Bill Lowen. I wanted to go back in and get pics with him but was afraid he might not appreciate it. 
Just another night at work for me and Monty will be back here again bright and early.
