Just got in from fishing and didn't have one bite until the cold front hit. Was really windy and moved to the north east side of the strip pit and the action started. Nothing big but caught 17 bass, most around 2lbs. Now the fishing is going down hill for awhile, atleast I got my open water fix for awhile lol.

agreed. As soon as I got off work, My manager and I hit the Retention pond right outside the shop, and we were SLAUGHTERING them. Nothing Huge, But quite a few 1-2 pounders. These were'nt your everyday bass though, I would wager that NONE of these fish have EVER been caught before!! Its a Fenced in Retention pond and They put up a HELLUVA FIGHT TOO!!!

I carry a gun because a Cop is too Heavy...

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
