My Dad took a break from crappie fishing Saturday to do some bass fishing with his buddy, Tink. They decided to hire a guide to learn how to catch the big ones and went with Capt Sean Rush of Trophy Bass Expeditions, www.floridatrophybass.com. They fished Rodman Reservoir using shiners and although they didn't get the "lunker" they were after, they did boat around 15 ranging from 3-7.5 pounds. The highlight of the trip was Dad and Tinks 7 pounder DOUBLE!

Any fish from Florida is a good fish when we can't even get on the water unless we have skates on. Great looking fish!!

Those are some monster bass. The guy at Spurlin's told me there are a few like that in pits around Linton.

All those bass could literally eat the bass I usually catch. I have a few under my belt in the 4 pound range but nothing like that.
