This is a cool trick that I found on yahoo today. The website Gizmodo challenged its readers to send in their best shots that use manual cameras and long exposures to create the day-during-night effect. Here is the coolest one I found. That is cool, you'd have to have a rock steady stabilization system to get everything that clear. The slightest movemet in anything will cause it to blur. I was playing around with nighttime photography last night during the storm. I got some neat pics but nothing like this.

strip, those are some good articles. I would recommend using a manual focus as well, cameras have a hard time focusing in low light. I have never gotten a pic like the above, but have played with night time pics a little. Wish I had the camera with the manual controls to try and get some really good ones.
