I know it is illegal in most places to hunt over it, and a lot of people act like it's a sin, but what do all of y'all put out in front of your cameras in the summer? Me it's just some corn and a salt lick. Fancy stuff is too expensive and goes fast.

Well, where I put my camera when I have it out,(even though its crud! ) Is on the VERY BACK of our property. This year, about 1-2 weeks befor Early archery opener, I put out some ACORN RAGE, because I have never used it and wanted to see how it done. I decided to put out a DROP N BLOCK, and a jug of their JUICED. I could'nt afford the POWDER version at the time, so I only put out the two. Afew days ago, I was out back squirrle/rabbit hunting, and made my way over to the site to see what had been goin on. Appearently the deer seem to like it. If only I had a decent camera to put on it lol. I snapped a few pics, and left it be. They had dug down through the snow and into the DIRT About 6 inches. The dig site was about 1 1/2-2 feet across, and the Block is dang near gone. I think if I am able to get a new camera this year, I will use this again. I would DEFFINATELY reccomend this to others. If its leagl in your area, Give it a try. Never hurts to try!

Me and my buddies have tried them all and by far the best we have seen is Lucky Buck! The nice thing about Lucky Buck is it is designed so that deer won't gorge themselves on it. They will stop and have a few licks and keep on going. A bucket of it costs about $15 - $20 but lasts quite a while. Remember it is also a mineral so it helps in increasing antler growth and body mass in both does and bucks. Here it is:

We've tried quite a few and Chase has even made his own a couple times, but we've had good luck with "Buck Lickers." They're only about 5 bucks and the deer(and Booeys ) like them.

Buck Lickers is what I have used, and they don't taste all too bad, haha. I had an apple out over the summer and after two weeks it was gone and there was a hole in the ground.
